Killer triggers / Joe Kenda.
Lt. Joe Kenda, who spent twenty-one years as a homicide detective, offers his memories of murder cases that he investigated. In each case, he examines the trigger that led to death, because even though the why of a murder case may not be critical in an investigation, it can sometimes lead to the killer. The most common triggers for homicide are fear, rage, revenge, money, lust, and sheer madness. Of course, any murder can have multiple triggers.
