Catechism for the use of the Methodist missions. 1st part

Summary: This short, Catechism for the Use of Methodist Missions was written to be used for those of "untutored mind" and was widely used in the antebellum South for preaching to slaves. Its focus is man's knowledge of salvation, and includes sections on the nature of God, the creation and fall, the life and nature of Christ, and the duties of the believer to God, master and family. It includes creeds and sacraments, a section on the Ten Commandments, Bible verses, and hymns.
